PositiveOverall, we've had a very positive experience. Every staff member I've interacted with has been kind, friendly, and helpful. My mother-in-law has commented many times about how nice everyone is, which has made a big difference. The facility is always clean, and both of my in-laws say the food is good. CriticalThe staff is very friendly and nice. The food isn't great, they try to be to fancy with their meals. My mother is a picky eater. She's lucky if she eats 4 meals a week. They say they have a Doctor, but he's not there all the time. They also have a nurse but not at night and on weekends. They have aids but they can't help anyone. If you don't need a lot of care it's ok.
★★★★★
Positive5 for rooms, apts, etc. More roomy than any other place visited. 5 for food but 2 for meal times (7,Noon,5) Age and ability of residents is far below where I am. They don't have a memory ward so many that need it are still in general population. But I am still active, have a car and am treating it as an apartment and I am very pleased with my apartment which is a large Studio apartment with a separate living area from bedroom.
★★★★★
CriticalThe people are nice, but if you have more needs this is not the place for you. Food seems to be the biggest complaint.
★★★★★
PositiveI would highly recommend this facility, especially after seeing other places. The staff is very warm and friendly. They will recommend a mover who is pretty cheap. The housekeeping is great. They do laundry and the facility is immaculate.
