PositiveVery nice apartment
Medication management should improve, they hired a new nurse. There's a nice view with a balcony and it's relatively quiet. Main Positive is: apartment with a nice view including balcony. Main Negative was: not unusual for specific medications to be missing, or incorrect dosage, when distributed mornings and evenings

PositiveI toured Ciel for a friend who lives in Chicago. I was ready to move in by the end of the tour. The Director of sales, [Name Removed], came to work on a Sunday to give the tour. Talk about great Customer Service! The food looked delicious, the entire staff was so friendly, rooms are nice. When I entered, they had a 'Welcome KK' greeting at the front desk. My friend is coming up next week for a tour herself! Highly recommend checking it out, if you're looking for some extra help and community!

PositiveThe tour was great. I was able to see several apartment. The gentleman who showed me around was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The only things that gave me pause was it was located on Capitol Drive and, since it is assisted living, there are no stoves in the kitchens. Since it is assisted living is a bit more expensive. Otherwise, it's a great place.

The staff are very caring and the food is excellent. I particularly appreciate on site physical/occupational therapy, podiatry care, and other services. The staff keep the community spaces and apartments very clean and fresh smelling. My mom has had a wonderful experience. Staff and community residents are all very friendly and approachable. I particularly enjoy joining my mom for meals a few times a week.

Friendly staff, good quality food, caring staff. Ability to communicate with staff would benefit from improvement ie being able to communicate with direct care staff. Staff turnover frustrating at times. Charging [removed] dollars for food delivery x 3 a day is very expensive - and tray removal very slow. Mom is happy and feels safe here which is the family's largest goal
