The community is wonderful and taking very good care of my sister I would recommend you home to my friends and family. The staff is very kind to the residents and that is excellent for making the residents feel like it is their home ??

Caring and Welcoming Community

Our family is very pleased with the quality of services and programming. The staff shows a very caring interest in addressing the residence's needs. The facility is well maintained and clean. We looked at several other Providers but we are glad we selected Washington five star for our mother.

Highly recommend

The facility is welcoming and fun. There is a daily calendar full of a variety of activities. The dining room is elegant and the food is delicious. The nurse's station is easily accessible and the nurses are friendly and cooperative. Admin is great too. Nothing is too much trouble and they want the residents to be happy and safe.

Safe and caring place for Dad

After viewing quite a few facilities we determined this was our best option. From the first call to the numerous tours and meetings the staff was amazing, friendly and answered all questions with clarity. When we brought my Father in they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable with this transition. We were able to develop and work through a care plan for him, transfer to the in house physician as well as coordinate pharmacy needs. Would recommend

Main negative was that she was moved out of her first room temporarily due to a roof leak and was not given the option to move back after the room was given to someone else. Very nice facility was fairly recently updated. Majority of staff has been very nice. Main negative has been a lack of staffing at times. Food is good, but sometimes her order is inaccurate. She is starting to go to some of these! Compared to other facilities in the area, the cost is very reasonable relative to the quality.
