CriticalThe staff was not prepared for the level of care that my mother needed. Everytime something happened, they sent her to the hospital. They blamed her bed for her falls when she was falling in the bedroom. The last fall in 3 months (3 in 4 months - all to the ER) I believe was caused by my mother tripping over a mat that was put at the side of her bed. PositiveMy mother has been in assisted living at the Clarendale for four months and I am extremely pleased and grateful for the care she receives. Her care givers are caring, kind, and competent. PositiveOur guide gave us an excellent tour of the facility and was very thorough with all details about the facility and the many options.

Since then she has struggled a bit to fit in, not yet finding a good friend, avoiding the dining facilities due to the long waits and not enjoying most of the food. She loves the bistro but she doesn’t think she should eat there as often as she does. She also could use more help with transportation. She can manage Uber but has had some frustration with them in the past and more facility van availability wou…
