Critical

Not recommended for higher level of care needs.

The staff was not prepared for the level of care that my mother needed. Everytime something happened, they sent her to the hospital. They blamed her bed for her falls when she was falling in the bedroom. The last fall in 3 months (3 in 4 months - all to the ER) I believe was caused by my mother tripping over a mat that was put at the side of her bed. She tripped on the mat and landed face-first into the rail that they approved for her bed. My mother is incredibly active and fast. They kept her in a wheel chair most

The staff at the Clarendale is friendly and competent

My mother has been in assisted living at the Clarendale for four months and I am extremely pleased and grateful for the care she receives. Her care givers are caring, kind, and competent. Management is readily available and helpful. The meals are delicious and generous! Each day two new entrees are featured, along with a menu filled with numerous options to choose from. Countless activities and classes are offered daily. I have observed management celebrating their staff, the staff being kind and responsive to

Review for Clarendale Arcadia

It's excellent . Wonderful staff and residents. The only thing is when someone pushes their necklace/call button for help there can be a long lag time to get a response. I worry about that happening during an emergency.

Review of Clarendale

My mother lives at Clarendale. Whenever she has requested a ride it never works out and she has always been disappointed. This was promised when we signed up. On a scale for 1-10 the food is a 3.

So glad my mom is here

My mom moved here in May. We were immediately impressed with the style, cleanliness, and warmth of the staff. Since then she has struggled a bit to fit in, not yet finding a good friend, avoiding the dining facilities due to the long waits and not enjoying most of the food. She loves the bistro but she doesn’t think she should eat there as often as she does. She also could use more help with transportation. She can manage Uber but has had some frustration with them in the past and more facility van availability wou
