We have had some issues...But I understand they are the best compared to what is available in the area- so I would recommend. They are very caring but not 100 percent organized. They have been taken over and their systems are not running smoothly yet. The people that work there are very very nice and caring but probably a bit short staffed for such high need residents.

We have had no real issues. [name removed] worked very hard along with the nurse to get our loved one accepted to the facility. Everything was explained. Move in was very easy. Staff was helpful. The facility is clean but could use some new carpeting. Also air conditioning in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and willing to Help. No issues with the care. The aides are great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I would rate the meals a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Outdoor space is very nice. Need a better covered area for smokers. Activities are plenty and have some really good entertainment that comes in. Receptionist are great.
