PositiveVery nice facility with all the services we are looking for. Colette was a great tour guide and gave us a lot of information. The only negatives are no true outdoor space, the apartments are on the smaller side and the price is high.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. It is a beautiful facility, good healthy food, nice bright rooms and gathering spots. My mom liked all of the activities and the gym. They could walk down the hall and go to physical therapy which was great for them. One area of improvement would be to make sure the little call button works and that you have an employee available to help when the call button is pressed by a resident in need.

I would state the place is clean, caregivers are wonderful, meals are really good. families need to stay on top of communication as there is a lack of communication at times from administration when issues arise.

5 for each category. I've been extremely happy with all aspects of my wife's life at Clearwater. It took her awhile to acclimate to being there. The staff was very helpful getting her adjusting to her new environment...Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

CriticalWe couldn't leave fast enough
Facilities, food quality, and several of the activities were good, but the care is awful. The only thing worse than the care is the leadership who were incapable of rallying the team to provide good care- apologies and excuses don't help anyone. If you care at all about your grandparent, mom, or dad- look elsewhere.
