Clearwater at Riverpark

Units have our “must haves”; full kitchens, washer dryer in unit. Cost is competitive. Physically it is light & airy with lots of communal space. Top of our list.

Great place, with friendly staff, and amazing food

The best part for my dad was that he can go down and order the food he wants like a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many choices, and he never has to eat cold food (unless it's meant to be served cold). The administration staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They paired him with an ambassador that invites him to activities so he's included. Also cleaning staff is amazing, they clean his room once/week and even change the sheets.

Right at the top for independent sr living.

The facility is great. Includes a Pub and first class dining room. Also a gym, small theater, art room and multi purpose room. And a pool & Jacuzzi. More activities than you can do in a day. The staff is super friendly and they try very hard to please. The food is top-notch and includes 2 dinner specials every day in addition to a fairly extensive menu.

Both the staff & residents have been extraordinarily welcoming to my in-laws.

My in-laws have landed in a safe, welcoming, and warm environment after losing their home to a hurricane. They rave about the food, which is no small feat for my MIL who is the pickiest eater I've ever met. Residents & staff have gone out of their way to welcome & accommodate a couple with very particular personalities and medical issues. Realizing they lost everything in the hurricane, residents were quick to offer furniture & wouldn't take no for an answer. This move has been a major adjustment, but I can't think…

I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The staff was very attentive, plenty of activities, nice floor plan layouts for the apartments, easy move in and move out. Pets are allowed, so of course there are going to be issues. But if the staff is made aware of any problems, they are addressed right away. All staff members were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond!
