The director, [Name Removed], and the on-staff doctor, Doctor are great [Name Removed], and her caretaker, [Name Removed] too. I get daily updates. There's more attention paid to the patients. More monitoring of the patients. Medications are only used when needed but most of the medications my mom had from oak cottage discontinued. Visitations are scheduled and the patient is monitored to make sure they don't regress and become agitated. It seems to be a higher level of care than she was receiving at her prev…

My mother is a difficult resident so doesn't participate in activities or leave her room and I find the staff to be so patient and caring with her. It's a beautiful and immaculate and caring place and some of the staff have been there since the late 80s, which says a lot about how well it's run

PositiveI Highly Recommend This Professionally-Run Care Home
The care home is an immaculate, beautiful facility and the staff is very professional and many of them have been there since the 80s. Our family is so happy with the great care there. Also, as I understand it, it's the only care home in Santa Barbara that has a physician on staff and he's board certified in geriatrics.
