CriticalCare staff were wonderful, particularly in my mom's last days. Caregivers were attentive and compassionate toward both mom and family. Nutrition services staff were super and worked hard to meet my mom's needs, even insuring she had socially appropriate tablemates. Some of the activities successfully engaged residents (particularly arts and crafts, music and gardening) but other activities could be improved to engage more residents. PositiveWe toured several places but nothing came close to Cogir of Bothell for memory care. We like that it doesn’t feel like a hospital and everyone working there has been caring and supportive with a positive attitude. CriticalStaff are friendly, patient and kind from the receptionist to nutrition services and daily care staff. Nursing care is thorough and attentive. Meals are tasty nutritious and there is good variety. Expect a charge for tray delivery if resident won't go to the dining room. We are renting both sides of a double room so there is ample space to set up a comfortable home environment.
