★★★★★
PositiveThis is a great and affordable place if you’re looking for memory care. A diagnosis of cognitive impairment is needed to move in but they take such good care of the patients. It shows in the patients' faces.
★★★★★
PositiveGreat people. Clean facilities. Billing is an issue. The amount shouldn't be changing almost on a daily basis. For example we met with the billing people on [date removed] and I was given a billing amount written out with detail of what was being charged. On [date removed] I was called and they were asking for an enterally different amount. I will pay what was detailed for me on the [date removed].
★★★★★
PositiveThey have done a great job keeping the residents busy and safe. It is a clean and friendly community. I couldn't ask for more.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff treats them like their own family and they do lots of activities with them. I would recommend. The facility is very clean and always kept nice.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are great! The staff, the cleanliness and all the activities they do for the residents are things we like most about the community!
★★★★★
PositiveThe Dr. is great, too much staff turnover - causes lack of continuity. I would like to see more activities for the more able patients. Also they used to have a dog which was great for people but it seems corporate has stopped allowing that- bummer. [name removed] (nurse) and [name removed] at front desk are particularly good and helpful. I do wish they had more staff as the staff are a bit overloaded.
