PositivePositive: staff is friendly, warm, compassionate, caring, responsive, attentive. Facility is clean and well managed. Mom's apartment is large, spacious, great light, inviting. Right now she is in independent and we are on the waiting list for assisted. It is taking longer than was originally presented to us for her to get into assisted. We are waiting for a two bedroom. There are lots of activities and festivities. Staff works hard to keep the place jumping! Wonderful happy hours, get togethers, games, puzzles, so …

PositiveCogir is very nice in a good location. Apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Facilities for activities, movies, exercise, etc.. The only downside is the residents have to move apartments once they gravitate from independent living to assisted living.

PositiveDecided on Cogir when my parents needed someone else to cook and clean. They provided a safe and fun facility that is close to Dignity medical offices and hospital. Lots of fun activities, nice staff with good meals. Apartment was near shopping center also.

CriticalApartment size is great. Food is good. Activities- 2.5, too many are resident driven and our Mom isn't able to participate because she's not welcomed to do so, or there are too many people wanting to play. While the Activities folks are "working on it" , Mom is unhappy, even angry at times about this. It's very disappointing. Med management-3.
