Critical[name removed] has been a resident of Colliers since [date removed]. When he first got there, things were good and the food was really good. They must have gotten a new chef since the food being served to the memory care unit has slipped considerably. Before my complaint was that they didn't serve their lunch until 12:30 - 1:00ish. Now the cart comes about 11:10 and is kept in the warmer until closer to 11:30ish. Food tends to be dry, boring and close to tasteless. [name removed] tends to wear his clothes all wee…

PositiveWickshire has been exceptional in their communication & care. My mom has a severe lactose intolerance & the dietitian consistently makes sure that she has tasty, lactose free meals. The facility is very clean & nicely decorated.

PositiveFrom the very first time we visited Wickshire we have felt lucky. They have been professional, caring and accommodating. My sister had been reluctant when when she first arrived. Now she willingly participates in all activities. Great place.
