Overall experience - Admin snafus at the end regarding getting the refund for the balance. Took a long time and had to be resubmitted due to them sending the check so late that the bank rejected it and had to reissue a new check. 2. My experience, overall a nice community, would recommend commonwealth senior living.

They show having a salon when you take a tour but they really don't. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

'would recommend

Has improved since I believe they aren't full and there are more employees per patient. Also noticed they now have cleaning staff on the weekends which helps everyone. The food always looks good when I am there and my Dad can get seconds if he wants. My Mom primarily handles things so zi dont have dealings with Admin but she says they are responsive when she has issues or questions. I think they do have activities but not on the weekend I dont think. There are toys available to use if we want to during the visit. S…

Our Family's experience

The staff was friendly. My mother never received her meds on time. Although we addressed it. She and other residents complained about the food. My mother said it was not good at all. Her room was not cleaned only something's in the bathroom occasionally.

Unprofessional

I don’t like how some of the RCAs are treated they go above and beyond for my loved one and the med tech on day shift is very rude she has an attitude with the rcas sometimes or the family members when asked a question commonwealth is very understaffed and very unorganized……. Some of the head people in the office doesn’t seem friendly at all it’s 2 rcas that does a wonderful job and I really appreciate them for being so nice to my loved one
