PositiveThe staff is very friendly. The meals are decent overall. The response time to the call button is slow at times, which can be frustrating. They do a not appear to have enough staff especially on the weekends, which likely contributes to delays. The rooms are nice and bathrooms are roomy for a wheelchair or walker.

PositiveIt is a passion for some of the staff, and a job for others on the staff, for any of these facilities... Location-wise for our family, Common Wealth was priceless for the short time of 15 days and her passing... A "Place for Mom" really came through for us... Common Wealth was my mom's 3rd place of stay, in her very active end of life journey. A place for mom was very helpful.

PositiveHad a couple issues with the staff, but the director took care of the issues. My aunt has adjusted to the change, which is hard for her, any change. The staff all know her. The dining room/kitchen staff all know her dietary issues of what she can't have and they usually do a great job. I've eaten there a few times and the food is good. Her hearing is very bad, but she doesn't miss bingo! She sits by the caller so she can hear the numbers being called. They have an activities director who is very good. Everyone is v…

PositivePut the patients name on everything! Clothing, shoes, bedding. Don't send any valuable clothing. A brand new pair of Levi's and two very nice sweaters disappeared and were never found as well as some of my husband's bedding. Also the food in memory care was not even close to the farm to table we were promised.
