Staff is nice. Wish there were day trips of some sort. There are few tenants who want to be in charge. I have the largest apartment size. The walls are thin.

CriticalReview for Connect55 Plus Ankeny
I would probably not recommend. No maintenance person no bug service and the activities are not welcoming to new residents. However we love that everything is included in rent except electricity. The new manager is nice just has her hands tied with management. I picked them because they had a on site activity director, and a friendly manager.
