All would be a five. Can't say about food because her meals are not needed or provided. It is by far the nicest place we looked at for my mom. Staff always gets back to you with any questions right away. The facility is immaculate inside and out. Always tons of activities to do. All of the residents that we've met have all been so kind and welcoming to my mom. We feel very safe with her there and the security to get into the building.
