PositiveThis is the first facility that I visited, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. The Staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was very nice and clean and no odors. Residents were friendly and they had activity going on I think history trivia. The building is a little bit older. The assisted living has just recently been remodeled, but not independent living . The location is in a really nice neighborhood with a park nearby and good access to Hickman Rd. and I-35. Great Communication and follow-up…

Woodlands Creek deserves a 5! Many on staff have been with Woodlands for years, that says a lot. They actually care about the residents. My Mom recently had a bad fall and the Woodlands staff went out of their way to be helpful to our family, which included delivering food to her apartment for us when needed.
