PositiveThere is a person in the Rehab Unit at Copper Trace that deserves recognition for her superior care of patients. She is kind, compassionate, and gives her entire self into caring for her patients. It is obvious that she truly cares for those she has in her care. Thank you [name removed] for all you do with a smile on your face.

Employees complain to residents about work condtions etc., and some do not always treat them respectfully. Appearance is nice, but management needs to be better
