PositiveI was out of town for her stay, Mom seemed content when I picked her up. It was not communicated to the staff what day I was picking her up so, she wasn't even out of her pajamas yet. Way past lunch.

CriticalI wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It seems to be a place where rudeness is heard within the community. I overheard residents being spoken to and told to sit down already you rack my nerves. There is a person that works In The office she is young and runs around speaking rudely to staff and is not nice to residents Speaks to employees like they are below her. I saw her run and chase some caregiver in parking lot when I was leaving saying I have your write up so just sign it. Totally unprofessional. Seems hosti…

PositiveI would rate it a 5, not because it's beautiful and everything is new and shiny but because I've witnessed these folks at the best of times and the worst of times. They want everyone up and dressed every day to join in various activities. Nothing elaborate. It might just be chair exercises to music or some trivia game. I've also witnessed a resident have a meltdown, which was handled gently with dignity and respect. They went out of their way to help me when no one else would. I'm very grateful I found them.

CriticalMy mom was a resident there a year ago and it was the most horrible disgusting place ever .dont Put your parent there. You better take a good look at it. What's really going on is lawsuits they've had that they've gone chapter 11 a couple of times to help leaves the patients by their self at night.The food is unedible to most because it's all spicy my mom lost all kinds of weight there. She was treated horrible and all the staff did was play on their phone so they couldn't cared less about the people that lived the…
