Cottages at Palm Beach

Highly recommended. We couldn't have asked for a better place for my mom.

5 across the board. [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing. Helpful and gracious. Staff and nurses were friendly and caring. Facility was clean and a spacious.

Would recommend. My relative is safe & well cared for, and that gives me piece of mind.

That the residents can move freely around & between the Cottages in their "pod". Getting fresh air and being outside is very therapeutic. The improvements seem to be underway. Better lighting, updated (lighter and easier to clean) floors. Overall freshening as displayed by the recent grand opening of The Cottages. I often experience unpleasant smells when I visit. Hoping that will improve too.

I’m leaving this review confidentially because my grandmother used to work in public service years ago. That said, I want to share our experience when I looked at the Cottages. I had heard the the care has always been good and I could see that for myself. The staff was genuinely loving, the caregivers knew the residents by name so well. Great New Team

We’ve seen a complete transformation at this community under the new management, and it’s been nothing short of incredible. The activities program has exploded. There’s now a daily schedule full of things to do, yesterday my aunt led karaoke and they recently launched a volunteer program that’s so great. Two amazing high school students come every single day, bringing fun and fresh energy to the residents. We’ve also been told that many more are being recruited! Home away from home

The facility was recently sold and there is all new management and a new chef. Quality of the meals and snacks under the new chef are well improved. They have an activities staff that works with the residents playing games, music, etc. The aides in each Cottage know the residents and take very good care of each individual from assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, getting around when assistance walking or wheeling is required. I feel I was taken advantage. The cottages was clean and the people friendly . My mom was too sick for their care but they accepted her, took a large payment , and sent her to the emergency room the next day. I called the admin and she avoided me. Would not recommend.
