Staff/care is excellent. Everyone at the facility is very welcoming from the desk staff to the ED. This was a major part of our decision as it really feels like a warm, welcoming and engaged community. Activities are great and ever changing based on residents living in the facility. The administration and office staff respond to questions in a very timely manner. My mother loves the food, and the rooms are beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. From the very beginning, the team was patient and supportive while our family worked through the decision for my mother to leave home. They truly reached out and made the transition feel comfortable. The nursing care is very organized, and communication with the medical providers in the facility has been excellent. We feel very fortunate.
