The staff at Escalante at Coventry do not communicate well when issues arise such as suspected falls or as my mom's belongings (such as hearing aid) go missing. We are finding the issues out because my mom gets weekly visits from a nurse we hire separately from the facility or from our visits. We do not hear from the facility directly as issues arise. They have indicated they understand and share our concerns but have not improved communication for these issues. We are also concerned that although they present meal…

[Name Removed] helped us get started. She is awesome. Everyone else we had contact with was friendly. One of the things and the reasons we chose that it was a little less costly, but it wasn't as big as some of the other places we went to. We figured our sister-in-law wouldn't have as far to walk to get to the lunchroom. It was a little more compact and felt more cozy so to speak. Overall, I'm quite pleased with the whole experience. It's a difficult job they have in memory care and I feel like they take pretty good care of my mom and actually care about her well-being . That being said there's not a whole lot. I think I could request differently given the difficulties that Group has.

I only used them once, but my sister not knowing the caregiver, she was very comfortable with her and asked her to stay longer.
