Our beautiful, Colonial-style home is set on a landscaped campus, providing shade from the warm summers and warm respite from the cold Wisconsin winters. Community Amenities and Services We know that each resident has different needs, which is why we provide a variety of care services. We specialize in such services as memory care, incontinence care, diabetic care, and medication management, as well as other individualized services. Full and part-time care options are available, as we assist residents in completing their activities of daily living. We also have a team of community doctors, nurses, and therapists to help ensure your care needs are met. We are proud to provide residents with three chef-inspired meals per day in our elegant community dining room. Delicious and nutritious meals are at the cornerstone of wellness, so we are happy to make dietary accommodations when necessary — to help you stay satisfied and well-fed. In between meals, take advantage of our spacious indoor and outdoor common spaces. Living Arrangements Residents at Cottonwood Manor enjoy studio and one-bedroom apartments, complete with many amenities. All of our spacious and sunlit floor plans feature wheelchair-accessible showers, WiFi, Cable or satellite TVs, air conditioning, and kitchenettes. Care Types Offered Cottonwood Manor is a community based residential facility (CBRF) , which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
