It really was a 5. I was not expecting the high level of both care and caring. Everyone has been great. I would add that both the staff and other residents really made my mom feel welcome, and although she was not sure how she would feel about moving in, she now thinks it really was the right decision for her.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and it was a great move for me. My room is lovely and the staff is professional and very nice. There are many activities and I have a great community of friends.

CriticalThe staff are friendly and helpful. The meals can be a hit or miss. I do enjoy activities. But as for cleanliness goes, the carpeting is filthy, and the furniture in the lobby is gross. It's too bad they don't take better care of things.
