Country Cottage - Montgomery

The director was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was a great tour!! The tour was very helpful in making our decision and my sister was excited to be going there. Even the tenants we met were excited and friendly towards us and welcomed my sister there!

Overall I would recommend

They took great of my mom. I was able to not worry about my mother because I knew she was safe and in good hands there.

Exceptional Service

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the staff at Country Cottage. They were responsive, respectful, and caring. I could've have asked for better care for my brother (who was blind by the way) while under their care.

The staff was very friendly; however I did not like the size of the room or the overall appearance of the facility. I do not think the fee charged was too much for the small room and bathroom. There was nothing in the room (i.e., no refrigerator, no storage for snacks). The tiny room was quite depressing.

My siblings and I are in the process of trying to find a place for our Mom and Country Cottages is one that we chose to visit. I personally visited them and found Ashley and the staff to be friendly and helpful. I found the facility though not new to be more than adequate and homely. I liked the size of the cottages and the small population. I also liked the single level and the protected courtyard. [name removed] met us and we had a really good discussion. She agreed that we are not ready for Assisted living and suggested that we consider Independent living. The facility was very well kept and we appreciate [name removed] friendly nature and honesty.
