The Gables Assisted Living at Charlton Place

overall a nice community with areas that can be improved upon.

Overall I think she is happy living there. She doesn't like the food. They have had meetings on this with management. So hopefully that will change. Repairs are done but very slow process. The door to her closet did works properly. They said they needed to order new wheels. It took awhile to fix it. Living in an assisted living facility is a change but they can adjust and really enjoy it if they want to.

I was an employee

I was an employee and they were so good to me. I just wanted to go back to dayshift I needed to take care of my family. I enjoyed the residents and the people I worked with.

awesome place

Every time we come to visit we can see just how clean the community is. We have not been able to eat there ourselves but all the feedback our loved one has given us it seems like they are really enjoying it. Our loved one is able to get physical therapy onsite and he is enjoying the library that is inside the community. We aren't able to compare the value to anything but it is really nice that they are taking care of everything.

Our family had an in person tour and we love how its right off the interstate, they have the most amazing courtyard and the rooms are spacious. However they do not have a memory care unit and that is what we were looking for.

Charlton Place

My mother is a resident in your facility. I live on the west coast in another state so I only am able to visit one or two times a year. Each time I have had the privilege to visit I have found the facility clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. They are all so very kind to my mother, so I’m sure the other residents receive the same care as my mom. It is quite obvious that the safety and care of the residence is a top priority of the staff. A great place!

Mom is doing well living at this community. The staff are great and she is receiving excellent care. The food is good. They offer assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. This is a nice clean community. They have a full time doctor on staff and they check on the residents once or twice a week. They have a review board and I would recommend this community.
