My mother spent the last 3 1/2 years of her life at Country Meadows in Frederick. They were beautiful years, full of activities and new friendships, with residents and staff. She even wrote stories from her life in a writing class that I was able to print in book form for our whole family. Wonderful Care Community

My mom has been a resident at Country Meadows for 3 months. She came here following several hospitalizations and 2 stays in a rehab center. Her illness left her weak and no longer able to perform her own personal care or walk without assistance. While at Country Meadows, she has received physical therapy and she goes to daily group exercise classes. The aides assist her with walking to meals and activities. Every aspect of this community is perfect

Country Meadows in Frederick has been a life saver for our family. We had to transition my mom from an independent living facility in Virginia to an assisted living facility. Excellent Assisted Living

Mother moved from Florida to Country Meadows in Frederick MD to be closer to family after several falls. She moved into Assisted Living and quickly integrated into the home. She had her independence as initially she needed little assistance but over the last 9 years she has required more assistance and the staff at Country Meadows has been excellent at providing that assistance without taking away her independence. We heard from a lot of people that said this community was nice but if there was a hospital visit that re admission may be an issue. This made it hard for us to go with this community for our loved one.

Country Meadows, Maryland

Prior to moving to Country Meadows about a year and a half ago we wondered how living in an apartment would feel like having living in our own home for the first 63 years of out marriage. We definitely found out we have made the right move coming here, it's great. The employee are wonderful, The apartment is very nice and we have fixed it up to making it very "Homey".
