Let me begin by thanking [names removed] for making the process of moving my mom into Pathways Community at Country Meadows in Hershey stress-free! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the friendly concierge who actually takes the time to talk with you. The maintenance department is like none other! Country Meadows Saved our Family

When my 73-year-old father fell and broke his hip our family was at a total loss. His insurance wouldn't cover acute rehab and nor could we find a place for him at a long-term rehab facility. Very dedicated and supportive staff

The family noticed a change in our Mom’s alertness and activity level almost immediately. At 89, she was no longer engaged in social interaction while living in her home, except for family visits. At Country Meadows she became not only part of the Connections Club, but received special attention from the staff to get her acclimated to her new surroundings.The personal attention Mom has received is way beyond our expectations. Country Meadows staff is very sincere and helpful, tailoring their care to the individual.

My father has been in many facilities over the past year, some where more intense care giving but still had living sections attached for when he was able to move . Country meadows was hands down the top choice just by living standards , then after we meet the staff it was a perfect fit. Mom's Care

My 98-year-old mother passed away peacefully at Country Meadows 2 days ago. From the moment we first met the staff throughout the past 2-plus years mom was treated with the kind of love and care that made her fell content, happy, safe and cared for in every way. Country Meadows is a wonderful home. My mother lived in independent living and my father needed more care in Pathways. My mother and father made many new friends.
