PositiveHappy with the overall experience
The place is nice and my sister enjoys being around people. The staff overall is good at the upper levels but they have had some turnover with the other people especially kitchen and dining staff.

CriticalStaff turnover is higher than expected, hard to find and keep good staff. This seems to be a problem everywhere. On weekends they are light on staff. The maintenance and housekeeping are A+. Family is always welcomed, activities are available if you want to participate. The move in process was easy, the facility is only 2 stories. The meals are fine, there is always a choice of entrees. For people on a budget, this is the place.

PositiveAll was great BUT My husband that was there couldn't do stairs.. sales lady bragged on elevators but being out of order 99% of the time confined my husband to his upstairs room.. deal breaker!

PositiveMy loved one was previously a resident at Court at Round Rock and overall the experience was very good. The cleanliness was okay and the friendliness was great. The staff, activities and care services were good. I would recommend this facility to others.
★★★★★
CriticalIt's okay. Nothing spectacular but comfortable. Very convenient location to me -close to my home. Within budget. Cleaning and maintenance could use improvement. When I've pointed things out, it's been addressed quickly.

The only negative I would say is that the food is not good. It's either cold, over done or they do not serve what is on the menu. The cafeteria is too cold and that makes it uncomfortable to eat with a jacket on. I wish they would have better experiences with their meals. I feel I have to bring food more often now and makes it inconvenient. The space and room in the apartments is …
