★★★★★
PositiveVery friendly and supportive staff. Everyone we've met there has gone out of their way to make my mom feel welcome and at home.
★★★★★
CriticalVery good staffs, but there are not enough of them during night time to monitor the residents, especially the high risk elders.

PositiveFirst, [name removed] from [community removed] helped us find an opening at Courtyard of Auburn Hills as her facility didn't have an immediate opening and offered to transfer my sister in law when one became available. As it turned out Auburn Hills was close to relatives and worked out fine for us also. I have to say the staff at both cottages were exceptionally accommodating to both my sister in law and us. They were always very kind and helpful to her with meals and medications. Would highly recommend!
★★★★★
PositiveI am so grateful for the staff at the Courtyard at Auburn Hills. They were so helpful in helping move my father out of skilled nursing rehab- you can tell that the people that work there really care for the residents. Staff are always friendly and responsive, with great communication.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff works with the family if there are concerns or requests. They need more activities for "young" seniors. I would recommend Courtyard at Auburn Hills to others.

CriticalMy loved one had fallen and hurt her back. They were not doing anything for her. She was eating pasta and pizza when she was a diabetic. When we pulled her out she had bedsores all up and down, she had shingles, lost 40 pounds and no one contacted me about any of this. They also were not changing her sheets. I pulled her out and she was so weak and passed away 3 weeks later. They then wanted me to pay the next months rent. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I cannot believe the place is still open.
