I would give a 5 for all categories. The staff was great and found solutions for any issues or questions that came up. They were friendly and responsive. My Dad participated in several activities at the staff's encouragement. The price was very good compared to nearby facilities. It was always clean and well staffed.

Not sure I would recommend. When my mom really started to decline I am not sure she got as much care as she needed. We picked them because it was a new building nicely appointed.

I wanted to do a shout out to Avalon. My step-mum has been in Assisted Living there for over 18 months and both she and are family are extremely happy. My step Mum has moderate dementia , but is still quite upbeat and independent. She was in another local and pricier AL that was purchased and went drastically down hill. Avalon was our solution.
