CriticalNot a good fit for us
They were very accommodating regarding getting my husband in on short notice. They were not equipped to handle his night wanderings or his aggressive behavior. In the six weeks he was there he was sent out to the ER three times only to be released back to them after some testing. I had to hire someone to be with him overnight which was very expensive. Not the right place for my husband who needs constant supervision.

What we like the most about the community is that it is a self enclosed community, stand alone building bright wide hallways, places to gather, light in all rooms from the courtyard. And a closed hallway in a rectangle that surrounds the courtyard. Perfect for residents who want to walk/ wander without having to be continually redirected.

PositiveWe love the placed. We're surrounded by trees we see all kind of animals , deer,cranes,and others. Here we have occasional entertainment. And many other activities. And the people here staff and those the are living here are all nice. What more could a person want.

CriticalMy family's experience did not meet expectations
They are all in at the beginning but once you are there you are just a way to make money. I feel it was smoke and mirrors. It's a great place if you can 100% care for yourself and do not rely on following through on anything. I would only recommend this facility if your loved one can 100% care for themselves or if you have parents who look after each other. If you love one who need additional care which you pay for, it's not worth the money. The majority of the aids are caring but there are a few who need to find a…

Courtyard ripped me off. I authorized a direct access to my checking scout. My wife died and her remains left the facility on [date removed] On [date removed] they debited my account for a months rent for April. I would tell others to go someplace else.

PositivePeace of Mind
We feel the facility & staff are the best we've experienced. This is a lively, happy place & everyone has been so nice to us & especially my mother in law. The Doctor has been wonderful- he actually calls us & talks to us & gives genuine Healthcare direction. We have felt very at ease having our family member here.
