CriticalAbsolutely in it to profit and nothing more. Staff are disgruntled , and commonly manipulate situations , administration is ridiculous with regard to decision making , and fairness .They simply do what is "easiest " to free up time , and make themselves get thru the day for a paycheck. They rely heavily on incompetent people , but if you live here , they will put your lies before livelihood , based on mis interpreted communication skills. Rather than understand , they judge. The entire staff was and has been so accommodating and welcoming.. My brother tells me he's gaining weight from all the great food. Apartment is two bedroom, very comfortable. My observation is a very clean residence.. Over all, I give Courtyard an AAAAA+++++..

No matter if you need a quick move in or have time for a planned move in they can accommodate if the space is available. They will work to get your loved one in and feeling like home in no time. All the staff from Front Office, Skilled Nursing, Kitchen, Cleaning and Maintenance take pride in their work and make a lovely home for those that want independent living without the life hassles or need assisted living for extra care. Your loved one or ones would be happy in Girard. A quiet community with a big heart.
