1.Cleanliness: The facility appeared to be very clean. (I will say there were a couple of visits my mom's bathroom was a mess and was not cleaned up after they had bathed her or changed her adult diaper. 2.Activities: they do a great job keep residents busy. 3.Food: it could be better. 4.Staff: [Name Removed] is amazing! They are very attentive to [name removed] needs. They seem to stay on top of her not eating making sure she does eat. They keep her engaged in activities and walks. Neal seems to be happy too.
