PositiveI truly feel like the facility is a hidden gym that not many people know about. The staff go above and beyond constantly to make sure the patient's are well taken care of.
★★★★★
PositiveI know this is a good site for people to be at and the one big positive is that they actually keep the residents active which was one area that I considered the most for a place for my mom.

PositiveThe administrative staff has been wonderful. The caregivers are pretty good and friendly. I think they've had some issues with staffing, but I believe that's been straightened out. There was one staff member that we had an issue with, and she was reassigned to someone other than my mother. She was new and not very experienced and according to my mother very rough with her tone.
