Crescent Wood is very responsive, polite and caring staff. Willing to work with everyone and tries hard to make things right and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend CW. Nothing more to add except we are very happy with them

Affordable, clean, excellent restaurant quality food choices, plenty of activities and transportation..

[name removed] , one of the managers, was friendly and kind. She took myself and my mother around. She was patient and understanding as she covered the information for my mom. She answered all of my mom's questions. The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. The grounds were well maintained. My mom is so excited to be moving in later this year. I toured 10 places in the area, and I have to say this was the best one by far.

Everyone was great, the rooms were clean. They did not however have a full kitchen was one thing we’re looking for in the event. He wanted to cook because he does like to cook. It was the most expensive senior living that we had visited. Everything was clean. I wasn’t impressed with the menu that they had on the table for lunch. They did have all of the extracurricular activities the minister that comes in a person that plays music that comes in. They have their ability to get you where you need to go

My family's experience.

Mom is very happy there. It's very clean trash is done everyday even for residents and all the facilities are so clean; housekeeping does residents' apartments. The pool is crystal clear. The gym is neat and tidy too. Never met or anyone without a smile or hello. Mom had an incident and they were with her the second they realized and had an ambulance there ASAP. The staff is so helpful, very friendly and they handle what Mom needs diligently. Mom really enjoys the food and the variety. They do special holiday meals…

A great place that we never expected to need

Dad’s physical and mental decline lead us to this wonderful place. Staff, accommodations, food are all amazing! His own space and community dining and on the spot help when he has a bad day. We would highly recommend!
