We felt the admin was incredibly helpful and generous with us doing a short-term respite stay. My dad ended up staying 9 weeks, one week longer than their maximum for respite stays. My dad fell on his last day there and punched a whole in the shower wall, and the admin staff did not make us pay for repairs even though we offered. Our biggest concern was that they seemed short-staffed. Response time when my dad pressed his call button was often 5+ minutes which feels like an eternity in the bathroom or after a fall…

PositiveGreat staff and residents!
My mom was very hesitant about moving into an assisted living home and refused to eat in the dining room with strangers! They told her if she felt uncomfortable , meals would be delivered to her room. When we moved her in so many people welcomed her in! So the first day/night my mom went to the dining room and has been going there for every meal!!!!! Thank goodness. She’s safe and has met new friends.

If you care about your family and friends, I would strongly suggest you NOT put them in Northglenn Crossroads. We moved my mother into Crossroads in [date removed]. The reason for the move, she had dementia and was not able to remember to take her medicine and also she wouldn’t eat. At first Crossroads appeared to be doing well. Then my mother reported to us that a man was sleeping on her floor in the middle of the night, someone was shaving and using her mouthwash one morning, people stealing her pop and candy. Sh…
