Great experience unfortunately my mom fell and had to move to assisted living after only 6 weeks. I like the fact that a lot of the staff lived on site and helped with the meals and we're invested with the whole facility because they live there as well.

The staff and management are great. The facility is very nice and ultra clean. The thing that kills the place is the food. Breakfast is usually pretty good but sometimes they dont have eggs. Eggs should always be an option. There have been several breakfasts that are a sweet pastry. Dinner is usually the best mill of the day. Even dinner can be bad. They seem to really like soup and salad. My dad eats soup when he's sick and rarely eats salad. Supper is usually soup and/or salad. I have had to purchase tv dinners…

PositiveBeautiful facility with friendly/caring staff and residents
My parents were hesitant to move out of their townhome and into an independent living facility until they walked into Cypress Springs. The residents and staff were very friendly and caring from that first visit. The building is up to date and light filled. My parents moved two and a half months ago and now look forward to going to each meal for the delicious food and the conversations with other residents. They have also enjoyed some of the activities.
