★★★★★
PositiveMy husband felt that the food is excellent, I've been really happy with the staff. They they are great about keeping me posted about anything that happens or changes. They all seem very compassionate.
★★★★★
PositiveIt’s a very nice facility. Staff seemed very friendly & caring. Facility was modern & decorated very nicely. The rooms are shared w/bathrooms in the hall. No telephone in room. TV’s can be in room but for streaming which isn’t conducive to memory patients in my opinion.
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] was so nice and helpful. They communicated with me daily. My mom was well cared for. I would recommend to others
★★★★★
PositiveWe were very happy with the care my mom received. She was also on hospice the whole 5 months she was there until her passing. Many of the staff there really loved her and it showed. The days leading up to her death were made easier as the staff brought in chairs and snacks and we could come and go anytime day or night. And that was with over 10 people there. I've very glad I called A Place For Mom. It was a very stressful time and we were able to quickly get her in.
★★★★★
PositiveThe administration was very helpful and always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I visited the staff was always very friendly. I was impressed by how they all knew and were familiar with every resident. They have a lovely outside area!
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about Desert Hills is that most staff are more than willing to answer my numerous questions. All but 1 nurse are friendly and always willing to provide info. They are very accommodating.
