PositiveClean, Attentive, and Friendly—Highly Recommended!
I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. A smile goes a long way. I admire the patience and kindness your employees have with the seniors. It takes a special person to do what they do. As for cleanliness, the common areas are kept very clean, although the senior apartments could use a little more TLC.(I usually tidy up mom's apt when I come). The only thing I think could use some consideration is the entrance. Sometimes, it takes a while b4 anyone comes to buzz you in or out...especially after 5 pm Suggestion…

We moved Dad in there into a studio on [date removed] because a one-bedroom was not yet available and all went smoothly. He was moved into the one-bedroom about 5 or 6 weeks later. He is happy there which is the most important thing. They are very accommodating and I have only had minor issues that were easily rectified.

PositiveSmall, family like Atmosphere
No one wants to put their mother in a home. Due to progressing dementia and we all work full time combined with much needed safety and supervision we chose DeWolf. It is a small, warm, and friendly atmosphere with lots of opportunities for engagement with other residents and staff. She even was able to bring her little dog. She has made friends and has enjoyed some of the activities she has chosen to participate in. The staff is amazing. They communicate well with me. I'm thankful we found a safe positive environme…

Finding DeWolfe has been a blessing. I give a 4 star grade for Cleanliness, Activities, and Value. Staff, meals, and quality of care get a grade of 5 as well as our overall experience. Dad passed in March. Mom has been doing well. There has been some recent staff turnover but no drop in care quality. We have been very happy with DeWolfe. Exactly the right place for Mom
