No. Just No.

Inconsistency with staff competency. Some are magnificent, others way below par. Unreliable medication distribution for patients. A lot of miscommunication amongst staff…no one seems to be on the same page. Unsupervised menacing residents disturbing/harming other residents. A lot of repeated missing personal items. No clear guidelines provided to visitors regarding visitation is provided.

Well cared for

Mom arrived at the facility this past September with hospice care. At this time she has been receiving excellent care. She is up and dressed every day. She does not lie around in bed. She participates in activities as much as she can. The facility is clean and staff seem to be attentive to her needs. I highly recommend Dublin Glenn.

Need more help

My husband was only there two weeks for respite care. I was not pleased with the place. They were short of help. That was the one major problem.

Our Family's Experience

M y Mother passed away [date removed] but we were very happy with Dublin Memory Care and we would recommend them to other families. The facility is fairly new and up to date. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The facility is in a very safe area and has a beautiful outdoor (fenced) area for residents to go outdoors, with staff to supervise. Exceptional care

Dublin Glenn provides amazing care to their residents. The caregivers are patient and compassionate with both their residents and families - which is a must for memory care. Alzheimer's Disease is a hard journey, I'm grateful for Dublin Glenn!
