Services offered

They told me that just recently, they had more devices, such as a dining, organized trips, transportation service. I think these services should remain available, perhaps at reasonable cost to tenants. Now my cousin. Lives there, he doesn't have any means of transportation. He's isolated and I don't have time to take him places, plus it's not my responsibility. For a community so remotely located, available transportation options and food service is a must.

Used to be wonderful, now it's below minimum standards

Mom moved in here 6 years ago to a caring staff, silent roll calls at meals, great weekly housekeeping, and 2 solid meals a day that were decent. she had a feeling of safety and community. After purchase from new owner over a year ago, everything went down hill. They are changing it to a 55+ no amenities apartment complex with no design to give older folks (80+) any support of any kind.
