PositiveGreat community and team
Our father moved in a few years ago, and we couldn’t be any happier with our decision. The facility is clean, the food is good and the management team has been consistent. We can call the executive director and he responds to our messages. We enjoy going to the family events and meeting the other residents and their families. The staff are friendly and have taken great care of Dad. He enjoys the trivia at happy hours and live music events.

Really great place with great staff! There's not turnover at Discovery like other places. The staff is kind, patient, experienced. They really take an interest in the resident. I didn't have to worry about my Mom at Discovery. I knew she was well cared for.

Overall it's probably one of the nicest places I've seen. The reason I gave quality of care a 4 is because at times they seem short staffed or many of the staff are new and still training. The staff members at The Watermark are incredible, when something comes up we are notified immediately so we really appreciate their communication. When we had questions about the billing they immediately set up meetings. When it comes to the meals they go out of their way to make sure our loved ones food is always the exact same size and same consistency.
