★★★★★
PositiveStaff is kind and helpful and always address [name removed] by name. Food is very good, good variety. The menu rotates biweekly/weekly and is a full menu, not just 2-3 options. Room room is adequate size. Very clean when moved in.

PositiveWe were very impressed with the staff, facilities, and amenities. The atmosphere was bright and lively, and the residents seemed happy and engaged. After touring seven places, this is the one we recommended most highly to our niece, who would make the final decision.

PositiveThe staff were helpful and responsive, they quickly assessed her level of care needed helping us meet a quick turnaround as my mother in law was getting out of IP therapy. The food is very good with a lot of options. Activities are very well planned out and varied to provide something for everyone. The apartment size is a little small in the one bedroom we chose. There are larger apartments, but I don't think they were available, and came with a higher cost.

She pays extra to get her room cleaned, laundry done, showered 3 times a week, and they …

PositiveFrom the time my husband and I first toured this facility, we had a good feeling that this would be a great place for my mother-in-law. Brielle was patient, resourceful, and excited to share her insight during the tour. My mother-in-law has now been a resident for almost two months. In those two months, she has been welcomed and made to feel at home by the staff, who warmly greet her everywhere she goes. [removed names] have gone out of their way to ensure her transition was a smooth one. [removed name] has reache…

PositiveJuniper Village has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff has been great—very accommodating, supportive, compassionate, patient, and consistently excellent with communication. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and very nice, but it’s truly the staff that makes it exceptional. Highly recommend.
