Her current place is going through all new leadership. Before the current group, we got great responses and callbacks. The new lead person just started, so we are waiting to see. We do have concerns with the lead wellness for communicating. One new nurse, and so far, we like them both. They have some very good staff. The reason for not a 5 is the lack of consistency between the ladies that take care of Mom. It's in her records that they must get her up and dressed and to the cafe in the morning. CriticalGreat staff, average facility
We find the staff to be very helpful. Some things that could be improved are the outings; they do Publix and Walmart every week. The biggest complaint from my sister is the food.. it is the same thing on rotation every 3 days :( They change the sauces but it is always fish, chicken thighs, and pork. In addition, there are no snacks provided. I've been to other facilities that offer a snack time and an anytime menu; neither are offered.

I would give 1-8 all 4 with the following exceptions: friendliness a 5, Food 5, & Value 5. This is the only residence I've experienced, so I don't have a comparison. We have been pleased/satisfied with the decision to move to Discovery.
