The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and cozy — exactly what we hoped for in a memory care community. The memory care side uses the SHINE program, which has been wonderful for keeping residents engaged, stimulated, and supported throughout the day. Staff and residents were very friendly and caring and it was very clean and maintained well. She doesn't require care but is required to pay for level 1 anyway which is an additional $[removed]/month, a terrible injustice
