PositiveLiked the layout. Enjoyed my visit and the tour. Will go back for lunch in a week or two to sample the food. The place is within my price range.

Positive[name removed] was very informative and showed us around the facility. We liked the activities provided and the guests that we met seemed happy and comfortable. The facility was currently being renovated- also a plus.
★★★★★
PositiveThe proximity to my son's home. The facility itself: The size of the bedroom and the fact that I got a balcony. The dining room facilities. The activities offered. Having transportation available for my needs so that I would not have to have a vehicle. The libraries, Beauty Shop, and weight room. Also that I can attend church in the building.

CriticalI am going by what my parents stated. I moved them because they didn't like the food. It was canned stuff that was heated up (soups). Eggs were nasty. They did not know how to fry an egg. The carpets were always dirty. Watched a candy wrapper lay in the same spot for weeks. But the worst one is the elevators. They were constantly broke. Would have one working on the opposite side of the facility. So my Mom had a numb foot and would be forced to take the stairs.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a very nice place and everyone has been very kind. Within the last year they have had a lot of maintenance issues. Elevators are all going to be replaced at some point bc they keep all going out. They are currently starting to redo the exterior which is closing off the balcony's.
