CriticalDiscovery village was good at organization and several aides and nurse were very nice but several aides were not. The food was not good most of the time. They tried to be diverse in options but made it confusing. And many things were not good. The resident/aide ratio was not good. Too many rooms for the amount of aides they had so aides could take over half hour to come when button was pushed. They did come clean the rooms once a week. They also had good desk coverage so I was able to get ahold of someone when I…

PositiveRoom was fine, about 13x13. Shared bath was a challenge for both residents. Overall, facility was nice. Sometimes maintenance took a few days. STAFF was very friendly and tried. That said, many appeared unprepared for reality of dealing with memory care patients. Meds were missed on several occasions, and when the patient had dementia psychosis that's unacceptable. Staff was also stretched thin due to apparent retention problems not addressed quickly by administration. Yes I'd recommend but with ANY memory care si…
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and healthcare workers. There are very friendly and helpful to my dad. The rooms are neat and small, but perfect for his needs and I really appreciate how attentive everyone is to him and the rest of the residence.
★★★★★
PositiveEveryone has been friendly and positive. Her few requests for maintenance have been quickly handled. We would recommend.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was very friendly and helpful and the other residents provided great feedback. The facility was also very nice and well maintained.
★★★★★
PositiveMost of the staff is friendly. Most are competent. The food is sometimes good sometimes not. The biggest problem is that there are not enough care givers for them to be able to come in a timely manner. The younger caregivers could use some more intensive training. We have not had my parents in another facility so it's hard to compare. We put in cameras and things during the night seems to be going better. Housekeeping could be more thorough.
