My rating is 5 stars. Just today, they called and let me know that my Dad fell. No injury. The staff is always friendly. When I'm there, the food looks great. They do have activities there. Dad's room is large, and his room is always clean.

When it comes to the friendliness of the staff some of them are great, and others are just ok. With the meals there is little variety, and there are very few activities but our loved one wouldn't join in anyways. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Drews Place of Coldwater could improve on the cleanliness, especially in the dining room. Patient rooms need to be cleaned better Also or maybe more often would be the key. The staff are awesome. They are wonderful with my mother. She seems very content and well taken care of.
