PositiveOur Mother's Home Away from Home
The staff is extremely nice and caring. There are certain ones that go above and beyond with my MIL. She only allows one of them to help fix her hair. They have all been helpful and accommodating as issues arise. My MIL has wandered twice and they were on it and have put more safeguards in place specifically for her. The food is excellent and quite a variety. The staff cooks, serves and cleans as well as caring for the residents. The atmosphere is like a home with comfortable furniture in the common areas. Staff treats residents with love and dignity. Director is always on- site and available for consultation. I like that he is a registered nurse and treats his staff with great respect, maintaining high expectations for cleanliness and resident care. They also work well with our Hospice provider.

I would recommend Drews Place to others for their loved ones. Everything was good, and they took good care of my loved one. Our experience was excellent. The staff communication with the family was good, and if anything changed they would keep me updated about my loved one. There were three meals served a day. They were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions.

We have been really happy so far, everything with Drews Place has been great. Our loved one has her own room, bathroom and kitchen. It givers her that independence that she was missing before. The staff do not hover but they are there for the residents when they need anytime of assistance.
